Kasha Piquette serves as a Deputy Minister, Environment and Protected Areas for the Government of Alberta. She was entrusted with leading the work on Alberta Emission Reduction and Energy Development Plan alongside Alberta ESG Secretariat. Kasha Piquette’s over 20 years of international leadership experiences in Energy, Banking, Investment Management and Capital Markets with special interest in ESG (Environment, Social and Governance), Technology and Innovation have fortified her ability to skillfully navigate complex financial and governance matters. She spent number of years volunteering as a Governor for Canadian Energy Executive Association (CEEA) and variety of other Boards. After graduating from the Warsaw School of Economics, Ms. Piquette completed an International MBA Program and several additional professional designations:  CFP- Canada, Certified International Wealth Manager (CIWM) and is a Fellow of Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI), Family Enterprise Advisor (FEA).
