Today we released an updated Schedule 3: Financial Summary form required by Directive 067: Eligibility Requirements for Acquiring and Holding Energy Licences and Approvals in a new location in OneStop. There are no changes to Directive 067 requirements.
The updated schedule
- ensures that the AER has accurate structured data that is consistent for all licensees;
- provides the licensee the ability to save drafts and complete forms later;
- enables a licensee to access and print a copy of its submission; and
- provides new eligibility applicants a secure method for submitting sensitive data.
Applicant, Licensee, and Approval Holder Expectations
Directive 067 requires all licensees and applicants applying for eligibility to use the designated information submission system, OneStop, to complete financial submissions. The OneStop pathway is now OneStop Login > Pathway: D067 – Schedule 3 Financial Statement Submissions > Submissions > All Other Submissions > Schedule 3 Financial Summary.
Applicants applying for eligibility are first required to apply for Digital Data Submission (DDS) access and obtain the Directive 067 eligibility role. They will need to set up their DDS users and roles to access the schedule through OneStop. If an application for eligibility is approved, DDS access will be updated by the AER.
Enhancements and Fixes
To implement the latest changes to OneStop, we will schedule a system outage. Notice of the outage will be posted at www.aer.ca > Systems and Tools > OneStop > OneStop landing page.
Details on other enhancements and fixes will be made available at the time of release in “What’s New in OneStop,” found on the OneStop landing page under “Enhancements, Fixes, and Bulletins.”
Training and Support Materials
OneStop forms provide instructions within the form and the OneStop Help Center. New eligibility applicants and licensees can learn how to obtain access to OneStop through OneStop Help on www.aer.ca.
