Tableau Outage – Maintenance

The Tableau tool and all public reports on the AER website, will be unavailable on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. as we perform maintenance on the Tableau server.  

If you have questions about the Tableau maintenance outage, contact the Customer Contact Centre by phone at 403-297-8311 (1-855-297-8311 toll-free) or by email at inquiries@aer.ca.
