Release Date
Today, we released revised editions of Directive 067: Eligibility Requirements for Acquiring and Holding Energy Licences and Approvals and Directive 068: Security Deposits.
We made the following revisions the directives:
- Directive 067: defined a new licensee.
- Directive 068: clarified that security requirements apply to new licensees for licence transfer applications and security refunds; replaced the term “mandatory closure spend” with “licensee quota.”
