Some of our decisions may be appealed under the Responsible Energy Development Act. Decisions may be appealed when
- we make a decision on an application under an energy resource or specified enactment without a hearing; or
- we make a decision under an energy resource or specified enactment that is appealable. This includes reclamation certificates and certain types of enforcement actions.
