Our regulatory change report is published every Thursday. It provides industry and the public with a summary of our currently active regulatory initiatives during the current fiscal year (April 1 to March 31).
The report primarily reflects our strategic priorities. However, as of April 2023, it includes administrative changes for completeness and transparency. Administrative changes do not affect regulatory outcomes and include formatting improvements, updating names and references, minor wording updates, and changes necessary to align with other regulatory instruments. These changes are not posted for public comment. The What’s New section of the instrument will identify the relevant modifications.
How to Browse
Users can browse regulatory initiatives by the following project status categories:
Active – regulatory changes that are underway.
Completed – regulatory changes that were completed and published.
