Today, we published revised editions of Directive 088: Licensee Life-Cycle Management and Manual 023: Licensee Life-Cycle Management.
We made the following revisions to the directive:
- Revised section 4.1 to extend the banked spend pilot through 2028, which was announced in Bulletin 2026-33.
We made the following revisions to the manual:
- Added guidance to clarify security deposit requirements for new or amended oilfield waste management facility applications security (see section 6.1.3).
- Revised section 4.1.2 to extend the banked spend pilot through 2028.
The revised edition of Directive 088 is available on the directive landing page. Manual 023 is available on the manuals webpage.
