Earlier today, we communicated in Bulletin 2026-02 that an updated Schedule 3: Financial Summary form was moved to a new location in OneStop. The deployment of the updated form did not occur as planned and has been postponed.
Licensees can provide financial submissions to the AER using the existing form online and do not need to wait for the updated form to be deployed. Please note that the guidance materials on aer.ca about how to submit financial information are specific to the new form; if you require guidance about how to complete a submission using the existing form, you may contact our Customer Contact Centre at inquries@aer.ca or 1-855-297-8311.
A bulletin will be published to notify licensees when the updated form has been redeployed successfully.
