Effective November 2, 2026, industry and service contractors must submit select compliance-related operational notifications through OneStop. These notifications (see list below) will no longer be accepted by email, DDS, or other legacy submission methods.
Service contractors who submit operational notifications should set up their OneStop access before November 2 to ensure they can continue doing so.
This change is part of our ongoing commitment to modernize and streamline our regulatory technology and processes. There are no changes to compliance requirements, reporting obligations, enforcement activities, reporting timelines, or the rigour of compliance oversight.

Notifications and submissions not listed above remain in their current systems.
