Several enhancements to the AER’s OneStop Record of Site Condition (RoSC) module were released on June 24 and July 22, 2026:
- Redesigned Remedial Measures tab
- New intents of submission to support additional regulatory intake processes
- New development pressures geospatial evaluation feature
- Updates to the RoSC Summary Report available in OneStop
To support these changes, we will be hosting a series of 90-minute virtual information sessions.
Topics for the Information Session
The sessions will cover the following:
- Overview of the new RoSC intents of submission
- Changes to the Remedial Measures tab and AER compliance assurance considerations
- New development pressure questions
- Updates to the RoSC Summary Report and data download functionality
- General observations, feedback, and advice
Attendees are expected to be familiar with OneStop’s RoSC submission module. There will be the opportunity to ask questions and gain a better understanding of the new features and processes.
How to Register
Four sessions are available, with the same content covered at each session. To register, click the link to your preferred date and complete the registration process.
Once registered you will receive a Microsoft Teams meeting invitation. Accept the invitation and use the meeting link provided to attend the session.
