Proceeding 409, a regulatory appeal of an environmental protection order issued December 14, 2020, under sections 112, 113, and 241 of the Environmental Protection and Enhancement Act, is cancelled.
On June 27, 2022, Canadian Pacific Railway Corporation withdrew their request for regulatory appeal. Accordingly, the AER has discontinued the regulatory appeal.
